Submission Preparation Checklist

Authors are required to ensure that their submission complies with the following criteria. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned for revision:

  1. Originality: The submission has not been previously published and is not under consideration by any other journal. If previously submitted elsewhere, an explanation must be provided in the “Comments to the Editor.”
  2. File Format: The manuscript file is in one of the following formats: OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect.
  3. References: URLs or DOIs are provided for all references where applicable.
  4. Text Formatting:
    • The manuscript is single-spaced and uses a 12-point font (Times New Roman).
    • Italics are used instead of underlining, except for URLs.
    • All illustrations, figures, and tables are embedded within the text at appropriate points, rather than placed at the end.
  5. Stylistic Compliance: The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the journal’s Author Guidelines.
  6. Blind Review Compliance: If the submission is intended for a peer-reviewed section, all instructions for Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
